Steps to apply for a Registry ID card in Maryland

1. Go to Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) website, mmcc.maryland.gov
– Complete online registration which is valid for 2 years – Have a valid email address
– Enter last 4 digits of social security #
– Submit an electronic copy of a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID and proof of Maryland address or proof of treatment at a Maryland medical facility

2. Schedule an appointment at Baltimore Aesthetics, Health & Wellness to obtain your written certification
– We will submit the certification through the Commission’s secure online application
– The certification is valid for one year

3. Go to a licensed Maryland dispensary
– Present MMCC ID card
– Dispensary will verify validity in MMCC database – Purchase your medical marijuana
